Welcome to InJobAlerts (hereinafter “the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.1 Purpose of the Service
- The InJobAlerts Service provides job listings and related information gathered, in part, from various third-party sources (including but not limited to APIs that may crawl or scrape job postings from LinkedIn).
- We strive to offer accurate and timely vacancy information but cannot guarantee completeness, accuracy, or availability due to dependency on third-party providers.
- InJobAlerts is not an official or authorized representative of LinkedIn or any other organization, nor do we have direct access to their databases. We rely on third-party APIs that may change or limit data at any time without notice.
1.2 No Warranties & Limitations of Liability

No Warranty. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to:
- uninterrupted or error-free operation,
- the accuracy or reliability of content (job postings, location details, etc.),
- compatibility with your devices or software.

Third-Party Content Disclaimer. We are not responsible for:
- actions or omissions of third parties (recruiters, employers, or the external APIs we utilize),
- accuracy, truthfulness, or compliance of vacancies sourced from external data providers,
- any losses arising from relying on content obtained through our Service.

Liability Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, InJobAlerts and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

Jurisdictional Caveat. Certain jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties or certain liability limitations. If these laws apply to you, some or all disclaimers/limitations above may not apply to the extent prohibited.
1.3 Relationship with LinkedIn and Other Third Parties
- Third-Party Services. Our Service may contain links or data from other websites or APIs (e.g., LinkedIn). We do not control or assume responsibility for any third-party content or services.
- LinkedIn Data. Job data may be supplied via third-party scraping or aggregator tools that index postings from LinkedIn. We do not claim ownership of LinkedIn data or represent LinkedIn in any capacity.
- No Official Partnership. References to “LinkedIn” or any other brand do not constitute endorsement, partnership, or affiliation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
1.4 Account Registration & Security
- Optional Accounts. We may offer registration or subscription features (e.g., sign up for job alerts). You are responsible for providing accurate information and safeguarding your login credentials.
- Security Measures. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee full immunity to unauthorized access or cyber-attacks. You use the Service at your own risk.
1.5 Intellectual Property
- Proprietary Content. All elements of the Service (branding, source code, logos, etc.) are owned by InJobAlerts and may not be used without our explicit authorization.
- Third-Party Content. All job listings or related data remain the property of the respective rightsholders.
1.6 Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, including violations of these Terms or applicable law.
1.7 Modifications to the Terms
We may modify these Terms occasionally. The most recent version will be posted on our website, with an updated “Last updated” date. By continuing to use our Service after changes are published, you agree to the revised Terms.
1.8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise mandated by applicable law.
- Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be brought before the appropriate courts of Ukraine (specifically, in Kyiv), unless otherwise required by local laws. We encourage an attempt at amicable resolution prior to court action.
